Murder accused Leoda Bradshaw and her co-accused have been further remanded until September 16, for case management hearing.
Ms. Bradshaw is accused of orchestrating the kidnapping and killing of lawmaker Phillip Paulwell's 10-month-old daughter Sarayah Paulwell and the child's mother, 27-year-old Toshyna Patterson.
When the matter was called up in the Home Circuit Court on Thursday morning, attorney Courtney Rowe, who had been representing Ms. Bradshaw's cousin, Roland Balfour, asked the judge's permission to remove his name from the records.
Mr. Balfour, who indicated that he was unable to afford an attorney, was subsequently assigned two attorneys.
He's now represented by attorneys Michael Howell and Vanessa Taylor.
They are to receive disclosure electronically by Friday.
David Smith and Bjon Black are also charged.
The prosecution is alleging that Mr. Smith was the 'triggerman' and that Mr. Black gave him the gun to shoot Ms. Patterson and her baby.
The prosecution also alleged that Mr. Smith sent a picture of the mother and child via phone to Leoda Bradshaw, the alleged mastermind, on her request, while at the scene of the murder.
In March, the then Director of Public Prosecutions, Paula Llewellyn, declared that her office will be seeking the death penalty for Mr. Smith.
Mr. Smith is represented by Franklyn Grenyion.
Two other men, Richard Brown and Roshane Miller, last year pleaded guilty to the crime and were both sentenced.
