LIME and FLOW signs agreement with the government

Telecommunications groups LIME and FLOW signed contracts with the government on Wednesday morning to provide broadband internet service to schools, libraries and post offices across the island.

Both contracts are valued at $543 million and will see these institutions getting access to modern high speed broad band service.

The contracts are for a five year period with the majority of the money being paid to LIME.

Service is expected to be up and running in the next 18 months.
