Man charged for theft of Flow cables in Kingston

The Kingston Western police have laid charges against a man caught stealing millions of dollars worth of cables from telecommunications provider, Flow.
 
He is 22-year-old Romario Brown, otherwise called 'Scarface' a warehouse attendant of French, Spanish Town, St. Catherine.
 
Investigators reported that about 4:30 a.m. on Monday, a police team intercepted a white motor car along Rousseau Road in Kingston.
 
A man ran from the vehicle on seeing the police, while the driver was detained.
 
During a search of the vehicle copper cables belonging to Flow were found.
 
Investigators say about $3 million worth of cables was seized.
 
The police have since issued a warrant for the arrest of Denver Rowe, a resident of Duhaney Park, in the case, and urged him to surrender immediately to the Denham Town Criminal Investigations Branch.
