A man was fatally shot Friday morning during a CTOC led operation in Gutters, St Elizabeth.
The deceased has been identified as Oral Foster, otherwise called Cartel.
A firearm was allegedly seized during the operation, which was carried out about 4:30 in the community of Mountain Valley.
It's reported that officers went to Foster's home to execute a warrant when they were greeted with gunfire.
The fire was returned and Foster was fatally shot.
