Man murdered shortly after arriving in the island on Tuesday

A probe has been launched into the circumstances surrounding the murder of a man in a section of the Kingston Eastern police division on Tuesday, shortly after he arrived in the country.
 
The man was shot during a brazen mid-afternoon attack on Sir Florizel Glasspole Highway.
 
Superintendent Tommilee Chambers, head of the Kingston East Police Division,  revealed the man arrived at Kingston's Norman Manley International Airport on a return flight from Panama. 
 
The shooting resulted in a traffic pile-up on the usually busy roadway.
