The police have made a breakthrough into last year's mass shooting on Bowen's Road off Waltham Park Road in the St. Andrew South Police Division in which eight people were shot.
Nineteen-year-old Ryan Lynch, otherwise called 'Bad Fowl', of Crescent Road Kingston 13, was posthumously charged with three counts of murder and five counts of wounding with intent with the use of a firearm.
He was also charged with possession of prohibited weapon and unauthorised possession of ammunition.
The charges stemmed from a mass shooting on November 2 last year at the Intersection of Kidd Lane and Bowens Road, Kingston 13.
Ricardo Baker, 63, Kemar Hardware, 35, and Steven Muir, 19, were killed in the attack and five other persons wounded.
Investigators say the attack stemmed from a feud involving members of rival gangs operating within the St. Andrew South Police Division.
Ryan Lynch was shot and killed by gunmen in Green Wall district, St. Thomas on December 31 last year.
The police say he was later identified by a witness via photo collage.
