The policeman charged with the killing of Ribbiz Ultra Lounge employee Jermaine Richards in January, has been offered $1 million bail.
Corporal Patrick Williams was offered bail when he appeared in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court on Tuesday morning.
Corporal Williams, who is represented by attorneys John Jacobs and D'Ondre Buchanan, is to return to court April 30.
He is charged with murder, assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, using a firearm to commit a felony and willfully making a false statement to an investigator.
As part of his bail conditions, he is to report to a police station on Mondays and Fridays.
Corporal Williams was also ordered to stay away from Ribbiz and the Kingston Central area.
Forty-year-old Richards of Fleet Street in Kingston, was shot in the parking lot of the Ardenne Emirates Plaza located on Ardenne Road, Kingston 10 on January 23.
