Portmore man held in relation to parents' killing deemed unfit to plead

A psychiatric evaluation of Simeon Ramsey, who is implicated in the death of his parents in Portmore, St. Catherine last month, has revealed that he is unfit to plead.
 
Mr. Ramsey was remanded when he appeared in the St. Catherine Parish Court on Tuesday.
 
He is scheduled to return to court on April 12.
 
Mr. Ramsey is represented by attorneys Tom Tavares-Finson and Marcus Moore.
 
Cecil Ramsay, a 69-year-old minister of religion and 55-year-old Phyllis Ramsay, the acting vice principal of St. Andrew Preparatory School were found stabbed to death at their home in Watson Grove on February 4.
