The case involving Reverend Al Miller will continue this Tuesday morning in the Half-Way-Tree Resident Magistrate's Court.
The matter was adjourned in September to facilitate the disclosure of several documents by the prosecution to the defence.
Reverend Miller is accused of assisting former Tivoli Gardens strongman Christopher 'Dudus' Coke in hiding from the authorities.
He is charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice, after an incident on June 22, 2010 when his motor vehicle with Coke aboard was intercepted by the police.
He has denied the allegations.
This Tuesday it is expected that the court will hear whether all the outstanding documents that were requested from the prosecution, were served on Miller's attorney-at-law, Jacqueline Samuels-Brown.
