The Half-Way-Tree Police are probing a road rage incident on Sunday which left a welder dead.
The deceased has been identified as 53 year old Delroy Sinclair, of Maryland in Woodford, St. Andrew.
About 4:00 p.m., Mr. Sinclair was driving along Gordon Town Road when he had an altercation with a taxi operator.
Mr. Sinclair reportedly parked his vehicle on Market Road in Papine and was confronted by the taxi operator.
There was a fight and Mr. Sinclair was stabbed by three men who were travelling in the taxi operator's vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the University Hospital.
