A joint police/military operation in St. Mary on Thursday led to the detention of several people and the seizure of lottery scamming paraphernalia.
The operation targeted areas in the Guava and Grass Piece districts of Belfield, where search warrants were executed.
Seven people were detained, including Peter Clarke, a 35-year-old painter, who was charged with possession of identity information, resisting arrest, and obstructing police.
