Gunmen struck in Central Village, St. Catherine on Wednesday night, leaving three men dead.
The deceased have been identified as 21-year-old Matthew Smith, Jahiem Ferguson and his brother Giovanni Ferguson.
It's reported that about 9:45 p.m., the men were at a house in McBride Hill when a group of men carrying M16 rifles and handguns invaded the yard.
The three men were fatally shot when the gunmen fired on the dwelling.
The bodies of the Ferguson brothers were found inside the house and Smith in the yard.
The police suspect that the shooting is gang related.
There is a heavy police/military presence in the area.
