Trinidad and Tobago's Health Ministry is expressing concern over the spike in the number of cases of dengue fever.
Confirmed cases of dengue stands at 813, a jump of 101 over the figure reported last week.
Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh has stated that he is not satisfied with the response by householders to combating the spread of the dengue virus in their communities.
He said a total of 441 notices were issued by Public Health Inspectors to residents to clean their premises and get rid of breeding sites.
Mr. Deyalsingh says the number of Dengue related deaths remained at eight.
