It's reported that on May 7, about 3 p.m., the complainants were at a store when Mr. Hasting and the teen entered posing as customers.
They reportedly brandished guns and demanded cash.
They allegedly stole iPhones and Samsung tablets, valued at $2 million, before escaping in a waiting Toyota Axio motor car.
Following investigations, a motorcar with the suspects was intercepted by the police on June 4.
The stolen items were reportedly recovered from the vehicle.
The suspects were later identified by the complainants.
