The Kingston Western Police are investigating the murder of two men on North Street in the vicinity of Kingston Public Hospital on Tuesday morning.
The deceased are 23-year-old Michael Mitchell of Blount Street and 21-year-old Donald Walters Jr. of Dumphris Street, both in Kingston.
Reports are that the men were walking on North Street when they were pounced upon and shot.
The wounded men were taken to hospital by the police where they were pronounced dead.
