All the missing have been accounted for, police said on Monday, after a gunman on Sunday rammed a truck into a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel in Michigan, began shooting, then set fire then destroyed the building.

Investigators identified him as Thomas Jacob Sanford, who served with the Marines and was an Iraq war veteran.
His family is cooperating as the FBI investigates the attack as an act of targeted violence.
