A Tivoli Gardens resident on Tuesday testified seeing the image of a body wrapped in a sheet being taking from his home during the security forces operation to apprehend Christopher 'Dudus' Coke in May 2010.
Lancelot Bailey,53, said on May 24, 2010 he was at his home on Seaga Boulevard when he woke up to the sound of  explosions.

He told the commission that he eft his apartment, which is on the fourth floor, and went to the lower floor where he sat with two neighbours.
Bailey said a young man -  Decorey Wright who would stay at his home from time to time was heard singing downstairs.
Bailey testified that a group of  soldiers came in the building, questioned everyone, conducted a search and then left.

He said he later heard the voice of  soldiers and explosions coming from the direction of  his home. The following morning Bailey said he saw soldiers taking away a body wrapped in a sheet from his apartment.

According to Bailey, several days later he returned to his apartment and saw blood in addition to spent shells and body parts. He also insisted that during the security force operations he saw no gunmen.

During cross examination by Attorney for the Jamaica Constabulary Force, Deborah Martin, Bailey said he had no idea who erected barricades in Tivoli Gardens.
He said while he heard explosions he could not say who was responsible for the exchange of  gunfire.
Bailey insisted that it was Decorey Wright's body that was taken away by soldiers from his apartment.
