A 15-year-old boy is among four people arrested and charged by the lottery scamming taskforce following an operation in Good Hope, Negril, Westmoreland.
The police say the four were taken into custody during a predawn operation Thursday.
Those charged include 25-year-old Nickolas Victers, 25-year-old Davion James and 24-year-old Malik Bennett, all of Westmoreland addresses.
The police say the four people were charged with possession of identity information.
