The woman who issued a threat against the police in a viral video following the fatal shooting of Othneil Lobban, has been charged.

The St. Catherine North Criminal Investigations Branch says 22-year-old Dhana Warren, an exotic dancer of Elliot Street, May Pen, Clarendon was on Tuesday charged with using a computer for malicious communication, a breach of Section 9 of the Cybercrime Act 2015.

Acting Senior Superintendent Hopton Nicholson, head of the St. Catherine North Police, said investigations revealed that Ms. Warren allegedly used her social media platform to post a video issuing threats, insighting violence and disturbing the public's peace.

She was charged after an interview session in the presence of an attorney.

Ms. Warren is scheduled to appear in the St. Catherine Parish Court in the first week of February.
