Carifta trials U20 100m champion Gary Card has withdrawn from the Jamaica team to the Carifta Games in Trinidad later this month.
Card who is also the Class 1 boys 100m champion from the ISSA Boys and Girls Championships, hobbled to the finish in the final and did not line up for the 200m at the National Stadium in late March.
Shaquane Gordon has also pulled out of the 100m as well and will only compete in the 110m hurdles.
Jamal Stephenson and Antonio Powell are the replacements.
Other notable changes are Nickaro Johnson, who was added to the boys Under 17 high jump and Khi Anthony Hall who will contest the Under-17 triple jump.
Rhiana Lewis, who was down for the Under-20 400m hurdles and Jaeda Robinson for the triple jump have been withdrawn from the list.
Jamaica, the perennial champions, dominated last year's table in St George's, Grenada with 83 medals which included 44 gold, 23 silver and 16 bronze. The Carifta Games will run from April 19-21.
