Duckie departs MBU after less than a year at the helm

Voice of coach Donovan Duckie

Donovan Duckie says his departure from Montego Bay United after less than a year in charge came by mutual agreement with the club's management. Duckie was into his second stint as coach of Mobay United after returning in August 2022.

He had previously guided the St James-based club during the 2013-2014 season.

Meanwhile, Brazillian Nedier dos Santos, who is already on the island, will replace Duckie as coach at the three time former champions whose last title came in 2014

Mobay United are currently 9th in the Jamaica Premier League (JPL) standings. Duckie previously coached at fellow Premier League teams Waterhouse, Sporting Central Academy, Humble Lion, Mount Pleasant FC and Vere United.
