The West Indies visually impaired cricket team's journey at the twenty20 cricket world cup for the blind ended in a seven-wicket defeat by England on Monday.
The team had gone into the match with victories against Nepal and South Africa.
West indies posted 213 for six, thanks to 122 not out from opener Andy Power.
England reached their target with three overs to spare and advanced to the semi-finals.
West Indies hopes had vanished following early losses to Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India
and Australia.The tournament being contested in Bangalore is the first for visually impaired cricketers.
