Jamaica's Rugby League team defeated seventh placed British Super League outfit Hull KR 22-14 on Wednesday but failed to progress from the group stage of the Carnegie Floodlit Nines Tournament in England.
The three team group also included the English Super League leaders, Wigan Warriors, who got by the Jamaicans 12-6.
Ten of the 13 players in the Jamaica squad are based locally.
The tour was used to gain exposure for local based players as the country prepares for next year's world cup qualifiers.
Rugby powerhouses Wales and Scotland also took part in the championships.
