Host Jamaica has far amassed 66 medals, which includes 33 gold, 21 silver and 12 bronze.
Jamaica won three of the four sprint hurdles events on the final day on Monday.

However, Chris-Ann Gordon anchored the under-20 girls to a record run in their 1,600 metres relay.

Miller bettered the previous mark of 18.67 metres.
Team mate Travis Smikle finished second with a throw of 18.58 metres.
Jamaica's other gold medal came from Peta-Gay Reid in the girls under-17 high jump, where she leapt 1.78 metres.
