Jamaica's Reggae Boyz fell one place to 59 in the latest FIFA Football World Rankings but still remain the top ranked Caribbean team.
Cuba at 62 is second followed by rivals Trinidad and Tobago at 87, up two places.
Jamaica is 4th in CONCACAF behind Honduras, Mexico and leaders United States ranked 18 in the overall rankings.
Spain is number one followed by The Netherlands, Germany, Brazil with Argentina rounding out the top five.
