Reggae Boyz ready for Nations League clash against Antigua

Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz will be looking to secure promotion to League "A" of the CONCACAF Nations League as they take on Antigua and Barbuda in their penultimate game in League "B" at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua on Friday. The Jamaicans are at the top of the group with 12 points and have scored 18 goals while keeping four clean sheets in the process.

Antigua and Barbuda who sit third on six points, need a win in order to put themselves in contention for Gold Cup qualification. The last time both teams met in September, the Reggae Boyz defeated the Benna Boys 6-0.

The last time Jamaica played Antigua and Barbuda in Antigua, the Jamaicans won 2-0 in April last year. Kickoff is at 7:00 pm Jamaica time. Another win for the Reggae Boyz would also book their spot to the 2021 edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

In the other group game on the day, Guyana will host Aruba. Jamaica will close out their campaign on November 18 against Guyana at the Montego Bay Sports Complex.
