Solid messages delivered at Howard Aries Lecture Series

Jamaican athletes have been reminded about the importance of striking a balance between academics and sports, while a world-renowned coach has reiterated his belief that Jamaican junior athletes can successfully transition to the senior level without going overseas.

These points were highlighted on Thursday at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel during the Howard Aris Lecture Series, the traditional precursor to the Gibson McCook Relays.
