Thomas to make debut for Scorpions against Jaguars

Former West Indies wicket-keeper Devon Thomas is set to make his debut for the Jamaica Scorpions in this weekend's WICB Pro League 4-day home match against leaders Guyana Jaguars at Sabina Park. Thomas was named in the squad which played Trinidad and Tobago Red Force in round two of the competition but did not make the final eleven.

RJR Sports understands that Thomas whose last match for West Indies was against Australia two years ago, will come in at the expense of former captain Tamar Lambert.

Lambert has played the last two games for Jamaica, with scores of 45 and 13 against Trinidad and Tobago. He made 8 and 6 in innings against the Leewards.
