The sexual abuse trial of former St Catherine High School track and field coach Marlon James, has been adjourned until July 7. Radio Jamaica Sports understands that the matter resumed on Tuesday in the St Catherine Parish Court.
The matter, which is being heard by judge Janelle Nelson-Gayle, started on December 17 last year after previously being put off in mid-September. James is being represented by attorney Patrick Peterkin.
Last year February, James was charged with grievous sexual assault of a minor and sexual touching by the Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA).
