The attorney for dancehall newcomer Skeng says the artiste has been granted bail following his arrest on Tuesday at Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.
The artiste, whose given name is Kevaun Douglas, was charged with disorderly behaviour and resisting arrest, after allegedly getting into an altercation with airport personnel.
Skeng and his entourage were on their way to Trinidad and Tobago to perform at the 'Revival: The Return of Dancehall' event slated for this weekend.
He is the headlining act for the two-day concert, thanks to mega-hits Protocol, featuring Tommy Lee Sparta, and last year's top streaming Gvnman Shift.
His attorney, Christopher Townsend, says Skeng is currently on his way to Trinidad to honour his obligations.
He will then head to Guyana for another performance.
The 21-year-old deejay is scheduled to return to the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court on June 21.
