Among the local entertainers were Tessanne Chin, Patra, Macka Diamond and ZJ Sparks.
Beyonce has also hailed the What's Love Got To Do With It singer as an inspiration.
The two performed Turner's hit, Proud Mary at the 2008 Grammy Awards.
The rock and roll icon died yesterday from natural causes at 83.
She revealed her years-long experience dealing with a myriad of physical and mental ailments in a documentary titled Tina in 2021, where she also discussed PTSD and a 2017 kidney transplant.
