Construction of the Gateway Logistics Hub is now undrway.
The complex will include two floors dedicated to storage, lobbies, loading docks powder rooms and rooftop potable water tanks.
The project, which also includes standby generators, a 20,000 gallon water storage tank, garbage collection facilities and parking, is situated between downtown Kingston and Newport West.
It will provide easy access to Port Bustamante, Spanish Town Road, and the Portmore leg of Highway 2000.
The project's location, in proximity to the Kingston Harbour is also being cited as a distinct advantage as it is easier for businesses to compete and operate more efficiently.
Gateway Logistics Hub is a joint venture between Proven Properties and Kingston Gateway and SAJE Logstics Infrastructure.
