Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC has announced that 18.7 per cent of its issued and outstanding Value Fund Shares have been acquired by its fund manager, Eppley Fund Managers Limited.
A notice on the Jamaica Stock Exchange said the purchases were completed over the floor of the Barbados and Jamaica Stock Exchanges on September 13 and in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
