Fontana makes record revenue, profit for financial year

Fontana made record revenue and profit for its full financial year.

The company's recorded annual revenue, of $7.3 billion, increasing by 15 per cent at year ending June, while its earnings went up by 8 per cent to $665 million.

The company has credited its improved performance to a new point-of-sale system which enabled the chain to replenish fast-moving items more effectively.
