Tropical Battery extends APO to June 20

Tropical Battery says it is extending its additional public offer (APO) of shares, which was supposed to close on June 6.

It will move to June 20 in order to facilitate increased demand by institutional and individual investors.

Chief Executive Officer Alexander Melville says the extension of the offer is in line with its strategy to enable broader investor access and involvement in the offer.

He added that he is extremely encouraged by the high level of interest shown in the offer to date.
