Gas prices up $2.59 and $2.60, diesel down $2.14

Fuel prices will see mixed movements effective Thursday.

A litre of 87 gasolene will go up by $2.59, while 90 gas will cost $2.60 more.

However, $2.14 will be removed from the cost of each litre of diesel.

Ultra low sulphur diesel will sell for $1.87 less.

Kerosene will decline by $2.34.

Propane will cost $2.50 less, while butane will see $3.06 being shaved off.

Each gas station will make these adjustments to their prices, which include the ex-refinery rate offered by Petrojam and their own mark-ups.

Local fuel prices are influenced by the US Gulf reference rates.
