Gloria Henry, a former president of the Global Services Industry Association, has pointed to a deceleration in the rate of growth in the sector.
This, because of the challenges involved in getting the quality of employees needed to service certain accounts.
She says however that the ministries of Industry Investment & Commerce and Education & Youth are aware of the problem and have reactivated the Global Services Skills Council.
