Jamaica Customs solves online payment woes

The Jamaica Customs Agency says it has ironed out problems which were affecting its ePayment portal and normality to all of its online payment services has been restored.

In a statement on Wednesday, it said it received reports last week from users of  the system.

The Agency says the Customs Brokers Associations, couriers, the Shipping Association of Jamaica and other stakeholders were informed.

Jamaica Customs says a meeting was convened with the Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders Association of Jamaica to inform it of  the challenges and corrective measures taken.
