Listed company tTech has announced management changes.
Kevin Gordon has been appointed the company's new CEO.
Norman Chen resigned from the lead role.
Mr. Gordon is also the head of Simply Secure, an Information Technology firm which holds a 49 point 1 per cent stake in tTech as at last week.
In addition to Gordon's appointment as CEO, and also to the board of tTech, Rob Mayo-Smith was added to the board.
Mr. Mayo-Smith is one of the owners of Simply Secure.
Last week, Simply Secure also indicated its intention to take a majority stake in tTech, and eventually make an offer to buy the issued shares in the company.
