Rob Mayo-Smith has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of listed company tTech effective July 25.
A notice was posted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
The company says Mr Mayo-Smith has worked across the Caribbean in several senior positions, including CFO, CEO and regional CEO for Digicel, and Country Manager for Cable and Wireless.
He will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations.
tTech CEO Kevin Gordon and Mr Mayo-Smith are the owners of Simply Secure Limited, a company that recently acquired 49.1 percent of the issued ordinary shares of tTech Limited.
