The JSE Index gained 1,094 points at the close of trading Friday, while the Junior Market gained five points.
Among the 31 winners were: Access Financial Services, Mayberry Jamaican Equities, GWest Corporation, 138 Student Living Jamaica ordinary shares and Knutsford Express Services.
The 46 losers included: Medical Disposables and Supplies, Caribbean Assurance Brokers, Proven Group, Eppley and Blue Power Group.
Twenty-eight stocks closed at the same prices they started trading.
