The JSE Index lost 1,452 points on Wednesday, while the Junior Market Index lost 12 points.
Among the 41 winners were: Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances, Margaritaville (Turks) USD shares, General Accident, Everything Fresh, and Sygnus Credit Investments 8 per cent.
The 46 losers were led by: Caribbean Assurance Brokers, JMMB 8.5 per cent shares, JPS 9.5 per cent, Derimon Trading and JMMB 7 per cent preference shares.
Twenty-five stocks closed the session, selling at the same price they started trading.
