Sygnus Real Estate Finance says it generated an average rate of return on equity of 19.15% since its inception, surpassing its forecast of 12%.
The company says this was attributable to its deployment of $15.49 billion in capital and exits of $6.47 billion.
David Cummings, Vice-President and head of Real Estate Project Finance, saID the performance underscores the company's strategic execution and effective financial management, which contributed to the growth in the real estate finance sector.
