The JSE's Main Index rebounded by 2,566 points to close at 380,398 points on Wednesday, while the Junior Market Index declined by 31 points.
A total of 55 stocks traded; 24 advanced, 21 declined, and 10 traded firm.
QWI Investments Limited was the volume leader with 91 per cent of total trades.
