The police are at a scene on Ewarton main road in St. Catherine where the body of an unidentified man was found.
The body, which has wounds, was discovered by residents in a ditch Thursday morning.
Radio Jamaica News was informed that a nearby house and a car were also damaged by fire.
Investigators believe the incidents are connected.
