Driver involved in deadly Clarendon crash to be placed on ID parade

By Kimone Witter

The Clarendon Police say the driver of the Subaru motorcar involved in Monday's fatal crash on the Bustamante Highway is to be placed on an identification parade on Wednesday.

He is facing manslaughter charges in relation to the deaths of two students.

Jodian Lodge and Richard Tulloch, students of Lennon High School, were passengers in the Subaru which collided with a Toyota Probox, a registered public passenger vehicle.

The police say the Subaru driver was operating an illegal taxi.

Two students from the Probox and the driver are being treated at hospital.

The police and Transport Authority are investigating the incident following claims that a joint team that pursued the Subaru driver in the May Pen Town centre could have contributed to the crash.
