INDECOM is probing the fatal shooting of a man by the police on Thursday in Spanish Town, St. Catherine.
Christoval Reece, 43, was killed during a reported shootout on Love Lane in Gordon Pen.
About 7 a.m., the police were conducting an operation when the gun battle erupted.
A loaded .45 pistol was reportedly taken from Mr. Reece's body.
