The Ministry of Health & Wellness is looking to administer the single dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine to disabled individuals as well as homeless persons.
According to Dr Melody Ennis, Director of Family Health Services in the health ministry, this is the best option to vaccinate members of both groups.
Jamaica is set to receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine via the Covax facility.
