Members of the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigations Branch (C-TOC) are conducting an operation at a warehouse on Industrial Terrace in Kingston following another major arms find.
Radio Jamaica News was informed that 18 handguns and three rifles have been seized so far.
The guns were found in two barrels shipped from Florida.
The barrels were destined for Mocho, Clarendon.
A number of boxes containing more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition were also found.
Today's find follows the seizure of a shipment of weapons and ammunition at Freeport wharf in St. James on Monday.
Two high-powered rifles were among seven illegal guns found concealed in television sets shipped from overseas.
