The man charged with the murder of author and former Radio Jamaica Chairman Peter Abrahams, has been committed to stand trial before the Home Circuit Court.
Norman Tomlinson, 61, otherwise called Burchell, was committed Wednesday morning following a 45 minute hearing before the St. Andrew Parish Court.
Mr. Tomlinson, who is out on bail, is to appear before the Home Circuit Court on May 7.
He was charged with murder in February last year.
Mr. Abrahams, who was 97 years old, was found dead at his St. Andrew home in January 2017.
